The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

If you are paying for someone else's registration PLEASE make certain that the attendee's name and contact information is entered correctly in the registration form. Your information goes in the payment screen which follows the registration screen. Name badges are printed from the attendee information entered in the registration form.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the Westin Lake Las Vegas?

The resort is 12 miles, about a 30 minute trip from the McCaran International Airport. You may hire or share a ride with Uber ($24 each way) or a taxi ($75 each way), or purchase a ticket to ride the Super Shuttle ($32/person each way - 702-920-3186). Pricing is approximate and may vary.

What can I bring to the event?

Bring bright, colorful clothing to wear to the Thursday night opening reception. We are having a party to kick off the weekend's play & learning. We invite you to come adorned in celebratory dress.

How do I apply to be a performer in the Friday night Talent Show?

Make sure you are registered for the event first. Please CLICK HERE for the application. Email the completed application to Charlie Sheppard, RScP. He will let you know if you've been selected to be one of 15 performers for our Celebration Talent Show on Friday night. Email: charliesheppard@skyrunner.net or call 828-712-9229.

What's the refund policy?

All conference cancellations must be received in writing through the Eventbrite site by September 5, 2017.

A $25 cancellation fee will apply to all refunds requests. No refunds will be issued after September 5, 2017 due to contract terms for catering & costs of program supplies unless another paying attendee can be found to take the registration. If you wish to gift your registration to someone else, we must get an email from you with their name and contact phone and email address AND they must contact us so we can get them officially registered and transfer your registration to them.
